What a terrible experience we had with this company. First, they rescheduled our installation three times. Second time they weren't even aware of the date to my appointment. Everytime I called someone would pick up the phone sounding like they just got out of bed. Nobody seemed to have a correct date to my appointment. After three weeks of no heat, they finally came. I had to speak with people who just woke up in their beds, trying to act like they knew when my appointment was. After three weeks of no heat, they finally came.
