What a terrible experience we had with this company. First, they rescheduled our installation three times. Second time they weren't even aware of the date to my appointment. Everytime I called someone would pick up the phone sounding like they just got out of bed. Nobody seemed to have a correct date to my appointment. After three weeks of no heat, they finally came.
