I purchased a turntable from VPI in 2024 and this review is long overdue. I started with an Amazon special turntable in 2023 and started losing my mind with the vinyl collection, specs, prices, amps, speakers and everything. I was not fully aware of just how obsessed I would become with records. Was looking at higher end brands of turntables. Don't make the mistake I made. I bought a $1000 record cleaner of theirs, and it stopped working after almost 3 months. It was determined that a part was needed that I could install, but a month later, I have no part, or usable $1000 record cleaner.

Brought my Classic 1 turntable to them for a repair did a great job and we’re extremely friendly. You can’t go wrong with a meticulously handmade work of art from VPI Industries.

Excellent service advice and assistance. I took my motor for my Scout II for service and an upgrade. They were so helpful fixed my unit and I was on my way a short time later.
