We had put off air conditioning for years and finally decided to go with Rich after reading all the positive reviews. He was not only incredibly responsive, reasonably priced and upfront but also an incredibly hard worker who made sure to make sure all the details were as they should be. We were so impressed by the amount of stuff this guy gets done! We like supporting small local businesses and Rich did a great job - highly recommend!!!
Rich was amazing to work with. Our toilet kept backing up due to some broken fixtures and (unknown to us) a corroded pipe with a huge hole in it. I called in the morning and he was here that evening. He replaced the toilet, the broken fixtures, cut out the huge section of old, bad pipe, and replaced it all in one go. I truly appreciate him answering his phone and working this job into his schedule so quickly; especially with an elderly person in the home.
