John did an estimate for me. He is a very nice young man and I was so glad to meet him. He adjusted my dining room ceiling fan in addition to showing me how to get an electrical outlet to work for me. Not sure about the bid yet as I have just started on this project. But John is a very accommodating person.

Had two floor plugs in installed and a new doorbell. John and Eddy were very professional, very detailed and just a joy to have in my home. The work was done quickly and the results looked like they were part of the original build. The Coordinator Mikki was just fabulous. Always ready with information, stayed in constant contact with me, followed up after the work was done and was extremely good at scheduling. Very kind, very personable lady. I could not have asked for better.

Today John and Eddie came out to fix an electrical issue I'd had problems with for months. I spoke with Mikki first, who was incredibly nice and informative, she also set up text for me so that I could send pictures of the issue, as well as receive updates on their ETA. I called this morning, received texts through out the day, and they arrived right on time! Called in to VPC Electric to make an appt for an outlet that is not working after being replaced. Jake talked me through some simple troubleshooting tests and we were able to get it working! Saved us a bill which we greatly appreciate. Thank you Jake.

Mikki is wonderful to work with over the phone - friendly, helpful, and efficient! John did great work, even with my old quirky electrical system. I'll definitely be calling VPC for future projects!
