Eddie Pentis, Operations Manager of VPC ELECTRIC was at my home today and was very thorough about finding the cause of our smoke detector issues. He went above and beyond just fixing that. Terry was also with him and he installed a new ceiling light and gave great instruction on how to change the brightness, etc. Terry also installed a new GFCI outlet that was continually tripping. Mikki is one of the best customer service agents I have had the pleasure to work with, And, the owner was thorough and helpful, although we didn’t ultimately use the company, this was no fault of theirs. We are a church and sometimes these decisions can be more complicated than necessary.

We had a new panel and replaced old outlets. Bill Eddie,Terry, were fantastic to work with. Mikki was a pleasure she kept us informed on schedule changes. It was nice to do business with a company that kept their commitments. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

So grateful for Eddie! He spent the morning troubleshooting some weird stuff in my new MH. Professional, friendly & . Determined to solve why part of the home did not have full electricity. Total success! Highly recommend him!
