Jasmine is amazing! I had my first airsculpt surgery and had searched to find a new lymphatic drainage therapist due to my previous one being unprofessional. Jasmine immediately made me feel comfortable. Her services are very customer focused and results based. She's knowledgeable and caring towards all your questions and concerns. My friend bought a service through Groupon and when she booked the service she was deemed ineligible by Jasmine, because she hadn’t had her surgery yet. When my friend requested her money back through Groupon, they told her that Jasmine said that she was fully booked that day and didn’t even accept the request (my friend got the confirmation). Terrible customer.. I purchased 3 massages on Groupon, when I showed up for my first appt she told me she only does lymphatic massages on people who have had surgery. I have not had surgery and it was NOT stated she ONLY does surgery on people with surgery, I asked her to put a refund in and she told I needed to go through Groupon. I have been fighting with Groupon and my bank since MARCH for my money back. She is telling Groupon that she was fully booked when I came in for my appt.
