Used their mobile haircut service in late 2024. The stylist was friendly, but the result was very disappointing — I showed a reference photo and ended up with a bad buzz cut that looked nothing like it. Wouldn't go back.

I usually see Tex and love the results, this time I was seen by someone else who gave me thick straight across bangs and cut 6 inches off my hair unprompted. I had requested a trim to remove split ends (2 inches max) and to trim my curtain bangs. She did not ask my approval until after she had cut off all the length. I had been growing my hair out for years and was shocked to see all the years of growing cut off. She also cut my friend’s hair right after and left her uneven, despite a higher than usual fee. The website stated that a haircut with shampoo would cost $15–$30. However, after my haircut, I was charged $55 due to my hair length, which was never mentioned to me in advance. There was also no posted sign about the price. I am quite dissatisfied, as the price I saw on the website was the reason I chose to come here for the haircut.
