The apartment complex where I live changed management, so I informed the tech, what was done Prior to this time, because he couldn’t find out exactly what was wrong, when I explained to him that it was the pump that was bad, he fixed the job and I was pleased with the service. But, later I was missing my phone plug from off my table near the hallway where he was working. It’s always something!!!
The company came out to do an assessment of slight damages done during a delivery. They sent the first quote which was completely off target from what was discussed at the walk through to view the damage. When I questioned the exorbitant quote, and asked them to remove the line items that weren’t supposed to be assessed, they then reworked the figures and added additional work to make sure the quote equaled out about the same. Good dependable company
We attempted to utilize their services within our Apartment Community and not only did we receive inconsistent billing for the exact same project in different units, in spite of contacting the owner multiple times to request correct billing, now 3 months later all of the bills mysteriously surfaced. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but the accounting piece is certainly a major disconnect that has forced me to sever ties and no longer utilize their services on our property.
V&P Total Services is hands down the best turn key vendor that I've partnered with. They are professional, consistent, and offer reasonable pricing for all services. They are truly a pleasure to work with, and my team and I will continue to use them for all of our multi-family residential services.
