Vanessa is the person you call when you're in a battle with your landlord or your tenant. She is diligent, thorough and straightforward. She is also personable and puts her client first. She is a great communicator and able to articulate the real situation. Trust me, you want her on your side defending you. I hope I don't have to call on her again in the future but if I need to, she's definitely on top of the list.
