I have never left a bad review.. I don’t like to.. but I have given this builder almost a year to fix these issues. We closed on our house last October. The builder has never spoken to us even after many attempts. They left holes in the drywall where a light was moved, awful quality in tile work. (Large gaps filled with caulk…and not well) touch up paint that didn’t match the base. I have never before written a bad review online, but I feel obligated to help prevent someone else from going through the same problems we have. If you are considering buying a VP Homes house, I'd advise the following: 1) have a good lawyer ready, 2) hire someone to complete a full independent inspection before closing, 3) do not close until you are 100% satisfied with the house, 4) pay special attention to ensuring drainage systems are installed properly, and 5) check that VP Homes has valid builder's insurance.
