Scheduled service with VP to repair our machine and was provided a window of time the tech would arrive (this was a reschedule from a previous appointment). The tech was a no-show, no call. We are taking our business elsewhere because we cannot afford the negative impact this has on our coffee business. We cannot operate without working machines!

The cost for a technician to put super glue in a $20k espresso machine will run you about $351. The technician told our manager he would order the necessary part and return to fix it, I am confident in her competency to remember these simple details. We emailed them several times over the course of two months about the part, just to find out there was never a part ordered and they build us for $351 for a temporary fix of super glue. I can no longer support this company. I used to own two coffee shops and spent many, man thousands of dollars with VP coffee, both for service and upfit for a new location. Service and quality was tremendous. They used to be locally owned and managed. They have since been bought out and their customer service and technical service quality has greatly diminished.
