My hair appointment was canceled on me right before my birthday … I found them on the internet and was so excited because we don’t have any walk in salons here in Rochester that does braids … thought I found a hidden gem. Amazing experience! This was my first time and when I arrived, I was greeted immediately. I waited for about 2 minutes before being escorted by Petra to the pedi chairs where I was offered a snack and a mimosa. The vibes were beautiful and the customer service was excellent. While in the seat, I share this salon to my cousin and when I left, I shared it to my mom and sister. Go book your appointment because you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice salon, The ladies were very welcoming and pleasant. They offered drinks and snacks. They do very, very good hair and the nail techs are pretty good too. The only suggestion I have for the ladies is try not to use their phones as much, and if you are going to use the phone, at least use AirPods or a headset. It is very rude to talk on the phone While doing a client's hair, And even more rude to put the phone on the chair behind the client while you're talking on speaker, have just a little more consideration for you... read more
