My husband took his Chevy Traverse, which he bought used a couple months ago, to VP Auto for an oil change. It was first time going to VP. Dropped it off night before and got a detailed text from them at about 10am the next morning with their findings which included video and pics. The rear brake pads needed replacement and rotors were in poor condition. Other suggestions were coolant, brake fluid, tire rotation and a couple other maintenance items. I have gone to Aaron for a lot of work on my gen 8 Honda Accord. First he installed a set of H&R lowering springs with KYB shocks. Just recently he rebuilt the rear suspension with all new adjustable control arms, and new a beefier sway bar with adjustable end links. The area was also sprayed to keep rust from becoming a problem. Looks like new. He also did a complete brake job rotors, calipers, pads. Pedal feel is great.
