This Guy is seriously good for all mechanical repairs, and we would know that being a highly technical aviation/engineering type company. Where a number of our employees have more than one B Eng degree. So for us we can spot good trades in a micro-second, and this guy is exceptional , He can also do auto-elec, and bodywork repairs. Quality of repair is excellent , he is easy to deal with , communicate with & I don't think charges enough money. I had my car serviced today and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and provided great support throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, the service was done efficiently, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. It's refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
We went to VP Auto Care with a big issue in our vehicle. Brendan listened to the horror story we had lined up for him, took the key with interest in dealing with the problem. Didn't promise anything and said he'll check and call back. After the initial investigations he narrowed down to few issues and said he wanted to investigate further. Finally got the call with (could hear the smile in his voice) good news of ironing out all the issues and fixing and testing it.
