I wasn’t entirely sure if I wanted to try acupuncture, but I am glad I did. For my first experience, it was completely painless and easy. I understand that multiple sessions are usually recommended in order to fully determine how one feels, but even after just that first session, I noticed that my muscles felt relaxed. Chris has a very gentle technique & creates a really calming environment. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I had a really positive time here! Chris listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I felt really comfortable and cared for. I came in quite anxious as it was my first time doing acupuncture but I will definently be coming back!

Chris was amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and evaluated the issues I had going with my body. I have gone to numerous acupuncture appointments over the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. Aches in my shoulders back were addressed successfully, and I felt immediate relief after the appointment. Definitely rescheduling with them.

I have been dealing with a nerve condition that had me in despair because nothing was working. I am so glad i tried acupuncture. Chris' bedside manner is excellent. I felt so comfortable, prepared and informed. None of that fakey customer service persona. He is a wonderful human being that has a passion for healing and is excellent at this. I feel so much better. I saw relief after the first visit! I highly recommend coming here if you are on the fence about this way of therapy.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. The acupuncture was thorough and effective. The space is lovely. Absolutely appreciated everything. I will be a new regular.
