I was in severe pain on the day of my scan; definitely not a pleasant patient. The staff at Voyageur was incredibly kind and understanding, far more so than I would have been in their position. I left with a disc that I was able to carry to the orthopedist. My thanks to Dr. Castro, Martha, Koua and everyone else. GR
The building is dated, and not very welcoming. But once you are in the suite you are greeted by staff. If you have questions on paperwork they explain it tob you. Staff were very helpful & kind. It was one of the more pleasant scans that I've had done. The music that they provided was clear. (You can choose what you want to listen to - they use Spotify) the headset was comfortable & fit snug. The technician was very gentle and pleasant to work with. Kept me/patient informed about how much longer the scan was.
