This was a great afternoon event for our family of six. Communication was excellent, the boat was clean and ready, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant way to spend a couple of hours and a unique view of Newport Beach/Balboa Island from the Waterway.
The guys helping us with boarding, loading food onto boat, turning boat and disembarking were FABULOUS. We are a group dealing with serious health and mobility issues. The staff was so so helpful! Reserving a boat on-line is truly easy and we had to re-schedule - easy to do!

I always use Voyager’s when I rent a Duffy. Parking is easy, either on balboa island or across the ferry at the balboa beach parking lots. They are conveniently located by restrooms and a market. They have great customer service and often offer discounts. They are easy-going, and make it relaxing and fun! Their dock persons are great at assisting with tying up when I return the boat.
