We bring the whole family on our Duffy boat trip! It is so fun to do during our vacation and we go every year! Grandkids love going boating and we all love sightseeing around the island. Voyagers is so professional and it’s a breeze to sign up.
Great experience all around. Boat was fantastic as were the staff. Will definitely be back.
The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. However, the boat was a little sub par and under powered. The claim was it would go 5mph. The reality it didnt have enough speed to maintain adequate rudder control so it did not hold course very well which was irritating.
We used Voyager on 4th of July. The gal I talked to when booking was very nice, but our experience wasn’t very good. I highly suggest not renting on Balboa island on the 4th as Voyager has no parking lot and you are left on your own to find parking on the street which was virtually impossible on the 4th. They should have told us just how impossible it will be to find parking and to get there an hour early to park.
