Tried to contact for service. No response
Had an issue with the slide on our rig this morning while packing up to head to the caves and then on to the next destination. Was recommended by the park we were staying at. Craig showed up no more than 10 minutes after i called and had it diagnosed and fixed in minutes. Very friendly and personable. Nothing more frustrating than being away from home and stuck. Amazing customer service which is difficult to find these days. Thank you so much!
Traveling and had a slide issue. Called these guys at 8:30am and they were at my camp site in an hour. The troubleshot my slide issue and was able to get slide back in so I could travel home. Knowledgeable, easy to work with and made some good suggestions and tips. Reasonable on price too! I'll definitely call them again when needed and close to the area.
Fast, thorough, kept in touch. A little expensive like everything but worth it. Service is great.
They don't call you back. They sold my in-laws a camper that supposedly had the leak fixed only to find out that first rain it leaked. When called back they hung up on my mother in-law after stating it's impossible to really tract the leak. Then while using the camper the first time the fridge did not work. Now the lights and air quit working. And I was told that I would receive a call back and never did
