Very poor.....this place would not sell me a new hitch because I'm not "one of their customers
We decided to down size from our Durango 5th wheel to a travel trailer. Met Jay Schilling a salesman there. Very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. And if he wasn’t sure, he asked. We had a couple glitches and Jay got right on them! And thanks for letting us keep the trailer there for the extra week. Appreciate it Jay!
Five stars are not enough! The service team at Voyager RV is incredible! We took our 2021 Roadtrek Zion to Voyager RV for a full service before we started a trip across Canada. From our first interaction with Allie, the service advisor, we knew we were in extremely capable hands. Allie was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. During the service, Matt, the RV tech, discovered an issue with one of the coach batteries.
