Mark & the team renovated a mud room floor for us with a complex pattern and some tile that needed quite a bit of extra care. They did a great job, stayed consistent on pricing, and took care of any concerns quickly. Good quality work and very responsive contractors, which aren’t easy to find. Definitely recommend them for consideration for your next home project.
I've worked with dozens of different contractors and carpenters. Mark stands out. He knows how old houses go together, which is an exceedingly rare skillset, and will dedicate the time needed to make them right if you grant it (which I suggest you do). I would also suggest your architect defer to his judgement on old trim. I'll let the pictures say the rest. Thank you, Mark.
Mark did an outstanding job replacing an existing bathroom and building a new bathroom in our basement. Everything was done in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great craftmanship and reasonable price.
