This is a terrible company in my opinion. I told them not to run my credit card and they did anyway. I emailed them back within 4 minutes and they said they would credit my account. They never did. They would not tell me how old the car was they wanted to rent me. To me they were very untruthful. I never picked up the car and they still charged my CC. I had to dispute it with my CC company. They seem dishonest.
