Made a request to withdraw and they did NOT send me enough to cover my expenses. This company is bullshit.
I paid into my 401k for years. Now I’m retired and need the money and can’t get it. Beware you may have to hire an attorney to get what rightfully belongs to you.
This is a company that doesn't send you what you have requested. And then, they have you pay for the expedite fees because they did not do what they promised. No apologies either for the inconvenience. Not good customer service.
This company is a disaster, terrible customer service, I'm so sorry UPS choose this company to do business with our 401k plan. The staff is extremely incompetent. They put in their own information on your application. Getting your own money is a hassle, like they do simple stuff to delay the process for whatever reason. Run from this company. Update nothing has changed, I'm currently with another company and I borrowed against my 401k and the check was supposed to be mailed out next day, I never received the check. There is ... read more
