Horrible company I have been through so many customer service representatives and supervisors for over a month just to change a name!! Still haven’t gotten any help I’m stuck in this nightmare with them !!!
0 stars. This company is an atrocity. Took them over 2 months to send my pin. Then I can’t even access my account because their website is buggy. Ridiculously unprofessional and it’s obvious they are in this business to harbor your money; even from you! Worst experience of my life.
