If you ever request money out of your account if you don't call them they will forget and you'll never see it if you do call them they'll say it's your fault. I would rather put trust in my self and do my own investing I can get run over for free by people I have kids.
We've just recently moved over to Voya financial from another financial advisor and were treated with a very professional environment. The advisor we were set up with, Mr. Bryan Bush is a stand up guy and really took care of all of our needs and went out of his way to help guide us through some of the confusion of our investments. He also gave us some great advice to help grow our portfolio. If you want help on most anything financial, consider using VOYA!
Their customer support really sucks! You will spend 20 minutes dealing with the automated system just to get to talk to a person to try and solve the same exact problem you've called about three times.
