This is an edit of a previous review in which I said stay away from Voya. To be a bit clearer let me explain the situation. One of several IRA's I have was with Voya and it was in the six figure neighborhood. I sent all proper paperwork to Voya in early April 2024 to transfer the IRA amount to another financial institution. It took three months and numerous calls before the transfer was done. Voya Financial is a disgrace. On May 23,2024 I spoke with a customer service agent who did not seem very knowledgeable. I made the mistake of requesting to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to Kate, who was ignorant and rude. I closed my account.
Voya Financial is a disgrace. On May 23,2024 I spoke with a customer service agent who did not seem very knowledgeable. I made the mistake of requesting to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to Kate, who was ignorant and rude. I closed my account.
Worst customer service. Requested termination withdrawal on 12/20. Still waiting for my money and can't get an acceptable answer as to why. Request was completed on 12/29, but funds still have not been released. Trash company. Their AI chatbot is completely worthless and if you can get a live person, they just spew back what the chat chatbot already said. Glad to be done with this company.
