This is an edit of a previous review in which I said stay away from Voya. To be a bit clearer let me explain the situation. One of several IRA's I have was with Voya and it was in the six figure neighborhood. I sent all proper paperwork to Voya in early April 2024 to transfer the IRA amount to another financial institution. It took three months and numerous calls before the transfer was done. Voya Financial is a disgrace. On May 23,2024 I spoke with a customer service agent who did not seem very knowledgeable. I made the mistake of requesting to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to Kate, who was ignorant and rude. I closed my account.
