If I could give a 0 star I would. I’m beyond frustrated with this accident insurance provider. When it came time to actually use the policy I paid for, they completely abandoned their responsibility and denied the claim. Apparently, “accident insurance” only applies when it’s convenient for them. The entire experience feels designed to collect premiums while finding any excuse possible to avoid paying out. They make you jump through hoops for everything!
VOYA is so frustrating to work with that I don’t bother having an FSA with my company. They will ask for information that they already have and deny claims even when they have all the information required. Save yourself the stress and avoid doing business with them.
I do not feel like this financial company takes security and personal information seriously. I need to make a change to my account, and the only way they will do it, is to send ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE MAIL. No emails, no secure portals, no app access. Just hope for the best! What a joke. Glad part of my change of account, is closing it with them.
