We experienced very poor communication when it came to giving information and setting expectations. As a person who not had much dealings with mortgage services it’s hard to know what to expect and ask. When we did have questions we got partial answers if at all. I’m sure as a regular person with a single mortgage my frustration is mute when I probably will not need mortgage services for years to come but I made sure our lender was aware as they use these services regularly. The lack of communication in this closing company is absurd. Our closing agent took time off on the date we were supposed to close a transaction. She didn’t tell us she was leaving and didn’t have anyone responding to emails for her either. This took myself as the buyers agent, and the sellers agent for surprise, and we had to come up with an extension addendum last minute. They sent all of the closing documents including the ALTA last minute not giving my client enough time to review everything to the extent he wanted. We w... read more

BrightLine has been a pleasure to work with durning my closing and especially Kristie Miner. Kristie has been awesome during the whole process from start to finish. She answer all of my questions in a timely manner and that is great these days.I would definitely recommend using BrightLine and ask for Kristie if you can.
