The experience I had here was so personalized starting from the moment I arrived. My name was on a board welcoming me to the shop. We came in and I was partnered with Tracie. Tracie helped me stay on point with my vision for the wedding and helped me narrow it down to what I wanted. She listened to what I was saying and what she brought me to try on showed it. In the end, I found my dream dress! And, at a reasonable price as well! I highly recommend going here in you are going wedding dress shopping!
We came here after a disaster of an experience at David’s Bridal, and I’m SO glad we stumbled upon this place! We walked in without an appointment, and thankfully Mia was available to help us—and she was AMAZING! First of all, they gave us all champagne 🥂, which immediately made the experience feel so fun and relaxed. If I could change one thing about my appointment, it would be... literally nothing! Jenna was so amazing. As soon as we arrived (which was like 15 minutes before my appointment time), we were taken care of and treated so kindly. I had my mom and grandma with me, and Jenna made sure they were just as cared for as I was. She constantly checked on them, kept them entertained, and truly went above and beyond.
