I had a wonderful experience at Vow’d in Brookfield all thanks to my wonderful stylist, Madelyn! Madelyn was so bubbly, excited, and involved in my journey to finding my dress. She truly listened to what I liked in dress styles and made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on, which led me to finding my perfect dress! I would recommend Vow’d and working with Madelyn 100x over again!
Lyss, aka the guardian angel of my sanity- I cannot thank you enough for the excellent service. I decided to check out Vow’d on a Tuesday afternoon in full meltdown mode (hint: don’t order a non-returnable dress from Etsy unless you enjoy disappointment). Look elsewhere. Vow’d has inaccurate inventory. I received an invoice stating I would receive my dress in 5-9 business days after my in-store purchase . I called 25 days later wondering where my dress was. They explained that there was a mistake in their inventory and they wouldn’t be able to get me my dress for over 3 additional months. They offered to give me another bride’s dress if she changed her mind (want some woman’s discards? Um, no!). Ultimately I am without a dress for my wedding in 4 months. They had a nice variety of dresses. It was quite busy in there when we were there so quite loud
Lyss was the perfect stylist match I could’ve asked for! She picked up my vibe right away and we even discovered we share a small hometown! I’m getting married in Aruba, so I was nervous that I wouldn’t find something light enough for their weather. I tried on 5 or 6 dresses, and “the one” ended up being the second one she pulled! I’ve been obsessing over the picture of me in it since we left and I can’t wait to get it altered. 10/10 recommend!
