High pressure sales and deceptive claims about products. Price for eye cream started at $850 and the salesman kept lowering it every time I tried to leave. There are lawsuits all over regarding these practices. Do some research on the company manufacturing these products. Should be a negative rating
Very pushy and not very clear when explaining what the 2-year subscription meant. I thought I was coming into the store for a sample and found myself in a chair, where they began applying the sample. They showed the product on half of my face and pushed me onto the next chair to show me the next product. Wanted to sell me that product at half price, $3000. Once I said I wouldn't buy anything for that amount, she kept pushing me for reasons and refuted anything I said. Couldn't get out of there faxt enough. Now I am stuck... read more
