13 years ago Vouga set up an irrevocable trust for my parents. No contact from him over the years to inform us of changing estate laws which may impact our situation. Also, no contact to see if needs have changed. We are now in a situation where we need our lawyer for advice and Vouga is no where to be found. The office in Chesterfield is empty.
