This used to be a great little agency. They used to have several great employees who were always willing to help. But since they switched to TGIF, its become a nightmare to deal with. The office can no longer be reached by phone for personal assistance. Every time I tried to call, I just got put through a lengthy automated system that always lead to a dead end. I have now switched insurance because of my terrible experience with Voty.
My grandmother has been with them for 25 years, I’ve been with 4 years. This isn’t a perception, this is what happened! Pam was my agent. I work at a dealership and buy a lot of cars so I’m always adding and dropping vehicles. I had a 22 Bronco Sport, the monthly premium was $140, I called and said I wanted to trade and Pam said the payment would go up to 190 with adding my 23 Colorado, I get the first payment and it’s $310 taken out of my account.
