I paid for an end of lease clean with Votex Cleaning Services. They attended my property on the 14/12/2022, did not complete what was quoted in the invoice, namely 6 walls and 14 blinds. They also took my property (step ladder) from my premises and admitted on reply to text messages. After contacting them numerous times without success to complete the job or return my step ladder I contacted Votex head Office to assit with the return of my property and completion of the cleaning service.
