Brady was kind, but they had me pay $250 before our meeting, during our consultation she was well aware that our case was in Jefferson county court and didn’t mind that. But the excuse she used why not to take our case WAS because of it being in Jefferson county. They wouldn’t refund my $250 Beware of attorneys that charge high consultation fees!!!! Scam!!!!
Chris Kirchgassner was great to work with! He was very good at communicating throughout the entire process. He even made a house call at one point! Very pleasant and knowledgeable, would absolutely recommend his services.

Mrs. Votaw was supposed to contact me regarding my son's case to go over items for his day in court. There were so many items that were handled wrong in his case that even his reporting official was wondering why certain things were applied. And now, the only way to question these items is to file an appeal to get in front of the judge to explain what was supposed to be brought up at his court date. Once again, another court appointed attorney making the great attornies look bad.
