Love how close it is, but EVERY time I call they place me on hold. I couldn't even tell them they had put me on hold and hat was why I had hung up and called back in the first place! They all but slammed the phone down upon answering. Waited over 10 minutes and just had someone pick up saying "please hold". Not a good SECOND impression. The first time I called the woman was very rude and pretty much told me "get on with it/make it brief/I got more important things to do"--if you don't care about my pet, you won't treat them ... read more
