This review is strictly on initial communication alone. We were referred to Voss for some drywall touch-ups and repairs following some remodeling work on our house. We talked with Voss on the phone, with the referring party included on the call, to schedule a date & time to come bid & assess the scope of work. Voss requested we text them our address and they would be out the following week. No replies... no communication... just silence.
Great job. Arrived as scheduled, ceiling patch prepped in short order and texture matched perfectly. Seamless job. Well done.
He said I would have a 1yr. Warranty but when I tried numerous times to contact him there was no response. I need a few seams repaired.
I was extremely happy with the work done at my home by Voss. Rick responded promptly. The work was incredibly well done and completed in a timely manner and the pricing was more than fair. They FAR exceeded my expectations and I couldn't recommend Voss more highly.
