My stylist Makenzie H. did a wonderful job with my haircut and styling it. She delivered exactly what I asked for a clean U‑shaped cut with soft curtain bangs. She is incredibly sweet and talented, and I’m very happy with my experience at VOSS Salon.
I received horrible results. I wanted full-head blonde (all color blonde). I verbally stated this to at least 3 people multiple times and visually showed them photos. However, despite those specifications, they did a balayage with brown roots on my head! It’s so different from what I wanted. They refused to adhere to their own policy of having it revised within 7 days. They are not a reliable salon. Please go somewhere with better hair and customer care.
Loved my experience with my amazing stylistMakayla! The salon was very nice and offered beverages. The service was great! I was very nervous as I just switched hair dressers and had a Brazilian blowout that I've never had, and she talked me through everything and calmed my nerves and made the whole experience comfortable. Already made my next appointment with her.
I love Voss Salon! I did a walk-in appointment and they were so accommodating. All the stylists are super nice. I definitely recommend getting your hair colored here.
