We were traveling through Orbost and we were due an oil and oil filter change . Called into Voss and yes they could do it the next morning at 8am. Husband said “I only want the oil and oil filter changed”. Stipulated this again on dropping off vehicle at 8am the next morning . Get the call to say car is ready . Were presented with an account of $460 !!!! (Copy of Invoice attached) when we protested he went onto say that “this is a stand service”??
