I had issues with my previous eye doctor so I went in and asked for a short verbal consultation to decide if this might work better for me. The receptionist said the only way I could see Dr Voss was to schedule an examination which would be a waste of my time and money if I didn't feel comfortable there and ended up going elsewhere.
