This has hands down been the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic or service center. I have a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and over the weekend, while visiting a friend in Centerville, an error appeared that said “check hybrid system”. That night it would not let us put the car in drive or reverse (in other words, it would start up but not move). This really deserves 0 stars… Worst experience with a dealership service department ever. My Santa Fe got the “Code of Death” for the engine and needed replaced. After calling a few different dealerships, decided to bring it here because they said they could get to it in the shortest amount of time. Everything was good at the beginning then quickly turned sour. Had recall work done on our car. Very pleasant service people.
Went in at the end of the day with a tire issue. They got the tire I needed ordered and delivered the next morning and installed quickly. Justin worked all the paperwork with my coverage plan so I didn't have to pay out of pocket.
