I have been a customer of Voss Collison Center for over 20 years. So, it is with mixed thoughts and feelings that I have to write this review. Voss Collision Center does excellent work in terms of the actual repairs to the vehicles. In fact, they do such great work, even with me living an hour away from their facility, I still prefer taking my cars there for repairs. Now this is the part that I am conflicted on. Underwhelmed by Voss Collision's Customer Service ethics. Had an insurance claim, and my company had approved an estimate and the repair work itself. Insurance put in the claim and work order, just needed Voss to follow-up. Four days of chasing a return call, setting up an appointment and Voss "finding the work order" meant I went in person to make the estimate (and subsequent repair) appointment.
