My service representative, Drew, was amazing. He kept me informed of the progress made on my low mileage 1996 Cadillac Seville either by phone calls or texts. Drew is a very friendly guy and an excellent communicator. He explained the repairs needed and the estimated cost. The service technician was proficient in working on Northstar engines.
