My service representative, Drew, was amazing. He kept me informed of the progress made on my low mileage 1996 Cadillac Seville either by phone calls or texts. Voss was able to work my car in on short notice, fixed my car and cleaned it in less than 24 hours! Always a pleasure!
Voss Cadillac has excellent customer service and work as a team. We bought an extended warranty and unfortunately had to take our car to another specialty dealer for repairs. They were awful and Voss stepped in and got the repairs done within the warranty! Thank you Voss Cadillac for going to bat for us.
