Alen was very communicative throughout the whole PPI process. He was transparent and honest, but most importantly extremely thorough. This is the type of mechanic I have been looking for. A man who is a TRUE EXPERT in this business and loves the cars he takes care of. Whether it is a PPI, ECU tune, or mods, I will continue to drive 1.5 hours to this guy.
Alen was super helpful and knowledgeable about my 2014 911. I brought it to him for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) and he thoroughly inspected the vehicle, putting it on a lift to examine the underside mechanical components, ran diagnostics, and drove it. He mentioned that the rear brakes, rear shocks, and the oil cooler hose should get replaced in the next 5-10k miles. I’ll be sure to take his advice on this in the coming months!
Alan was super helpful and knowledgable. It is clear that he cares about his customers a lot - it's more than just a transaction for him, which is incredibly rare. Shorted the center console control unit during a repair on my G05 X5 and needed to order a new one. After install it had to be re-coded to the car. A friend recommended Alen at Voss auto.
