Staff were a pleasure to deal with, I will be telling ford too if they send me a survey....
Had a motor home booked in for MOT. Arrived at 0830 as advised and planned collection pm. Needed a new tyre only but told not able to fix until the following day. I offered to take the van out as one was in stock up the road but told couldn't remove van or would need a retest. 2 hour trip home on public transport and 2 hrs back again next morning and time off work to collect but wasn't ready until late afternoon. Ordinary Fiat Ducato so disappointed with this.
Got my ford transit van booked in on a re call and was told that it would only take 2 hours. 4 hours later still in the waiting room and it still hasn’t been fixed. Very poor service.
Brilliant service from Tony Bowman at Vospers Commercial when purchasing my van. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend.
