I am a customer of Vospers Ford Plymouth since 2015. (This is the first time I have face such appalling customer service); My Ford Fiesta 2022 plate car went in for its 2nd Service - (Friday 07th June 2024)... First of all the video I was sent, told me my rear tyres of 3 years of age and were getting old and the treads of all 4 tyres were at 3mm (so requires immediate attention, at a cost of £401) - at very most the tread depth would be acceptable as an advisory for future, but not trying to fool you into immediate action. Start to finish, it was all excellent from Kai. Car didn’t even have photos up but he kindly sent me a personal video of the vehicle, and before I knew it, the deposit was down. Very happy with the car and the service received, thanks Kai.
I bought a seat arona fr, had a tyre problem, and CUPRA sorted it out, 100% excellent customer service thanks
