Bought a vw polo for £12.5k. The day after buying it started juddering and making weird noises. As well as an engine management light and a start stop system fault. A diagnosis revealed 4 engine faults. I was told he I would need to wait four hours for recover so had no choice but to drive home. I’m in the process of getting a refund now but I have been messed around alot and still unsure when I will be receive it a refund
