Excellent service - checked in the day before and it was efficient on the day.
A excellent showroom experience, friendly and service with a smile. I visited to have a specific problem investigated. However the solution presented was incredibly large potential bill some of it for issues I had not asked to investigated. I was quite clear on the value of the car and as car dealer Vospers were 100% aware so presenting an estimate that is double the worth of the car… why? Vospers Fiat and Abarth Plymouth were excellent. Ethan made sure we were happy with our purchase and did every thing possible to facilitate our transition to our first EV, a Fiat 500 La Prima. He was friendly and informative throughout and made sure we were happy with our purchase.
