I wish I could choose zero stars. Extremely disappointed with services received from Babak Vosooghi Zadeh from Feb-Aug2026. Extremely poor communications and provided absolutely no value and quality of legal services to my case against a currency exchange in Toronto. I had to seek help from Toronto assessment office for my unfair invoice.
As the real estate agent involved in this transaction, I was extremely disappointed with the service and communication from this lawyer. Despite the transaction being completed, the lawyer never properly contacted our brokerage to finalize the commission payment and maintenance fee. I had to follow up regarding something that should have been handled directly between the lawyer and the brokerage. The lack of communication and follow through was frustrating and unprofessional.
