I have used Vosburg Welsh dozens of times over the last couple years. All of their project managers have been knowledgeable and been able to locate sub-grade utilities in our facilities challenging environment. They put in the effort needed to locate all utilities in areas with complex and busy sub-grade environments. They have been flexible to meet our last minute phone calls and accommodated our need for off-hours locating (evenings and night work).
