I called them to book a simple nail manicure for my mom which is listed as $25 on their website I even verbally confirmed that it was only $25. Come to find out that they did her nails did not even ask for her consent to do a ‘special’ manicure on her and ended up charging her $40.. they took advantage of my mom and up charged her without any consent and they lied to me on the phone. I rarely post reviews, (so I’m using my husbands account) I’ve had exceptional service and pampering every time I visit this location! I prefer more natural looking manicures and dazzling toes and I’m never disappointed. Rave to Timmy for this manicure with gel overlay yesterday!
Good technique the staff's cheerful and professional demeanor consistently meets my expectations, which I greatly appreciate.
They were supper good and friendly. Everyone there did a really good job. Very clean place and relaxing to be in. Everyone talked to us and we’re so sweet
I love Vos Nails. Lin does an amazing time every time and does exactly what I ask for!! 10/10
